Privacy Policy

Queen J Paints is owned and operated independently.

 

Queen J Paints values your privacy. This notice describes what information that is collected, how we use it, and if necessary those whom we share it.

 

By submitting your contact information through the contact forms, subscriptions, buying products, booking services, registrations, and accessing the services, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. The purchase of the is packages, and booking services are also subject to our Terms and Conditions

This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the website after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please the policy periodically for those updates. 

Refund Policy 

All ticket, merchandise, products, and booking sales are FINAL. No Refunds, No Returns. Sales or transfer of tickets or booking services are not permitted.

 

All sales are final for paint kits. We accept returns or exchanges, for damages in transit. To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the artwork at JbardPainting@Gmail.com to alert of the damage, the return of the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available then a refund is granted.

All sales are final for booking and virtual party classes. Once paid, registration fees for online or virtual classes are non-refundable. All security deposits are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a virtual class in our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone a virtual class or event, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled event. 

Deposits


All Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.
Deposits cover a 35% of painters for your party. Deposits must be paid 5 days weeks after initial contact of booking to secure your date. I do accept cash, CashApp, or PayPal. To pay your deposit, you will receive a  invoice with a due date. Deposits must be paid by the due date or your party will not be considered final.

 

The remaining balance is expected in cash or credit 5 days before the day of event. There is no “penalty fee” for guests who do not make it (no refunds on deposit).  

To book a party the minimum is 5 and maximum is 30 as a private party. Corporate businesses, or organizations have the minimum of 10 and maximum of 50, must pay  50% upfront. Whether guest show or not. You are fully responsible for FULL payment of  the number you have booked. Any additional guest will be a $5 charge to the

price. 

In response to COVID19,Queen J Paints insuring proper safety and cleaning practices by social distancing. All indoor/outdoor bookings all persons are required to wear mask while painting. There are sanitization wipes and sanitizer will be available during the duration of the party. The party total number must not exceed over current CDC local state guidelines. Parties must operate with masks, and proper social distancing guidelines or will face automatic terminations of party booking services without refund. If any painter feels uncomfortable painting with a mask, there are virtual services .Parties operating beyond the guidelines are not permitted and will receive automatic cancellation without a refund.

 

Also painting parties, are paint are you own risk. I am

Not liable to damages doe personal belongings such as clothing. Aprons are worn for such protective wear.
 


Cancellations


IF YOU CANCEL
In the event of a cancellation on your part, I will offer to reschedule your party at your convenience. If you choose not to reschedule your party, and you've made a deposit, please bear in mind that deposits are non-refundable. However, if you purchased a voucher via a third party, you must contact them directly for a refund.

IF I CANCEL

I will contact you in advance, either by email or telephone if I have an emergency (either personal or due to inclement weather). I do not offer an "advanced notice time-frame", because emergencies can happen at any time and weather can change drastically as well. However, cancellations are rare. Please be considerate and understanding and be aware of the season. I will offer to reschedule, but, if you decide NOT to reschedule, this is the only exception where a deposit is refundable.

 

Travel Fees
Any event or venue outside of 30 minute distance will cost a $20 travel fee. Anything over an hour will be $40 travel. To cost for mileage and tolls.

 

Late Fees
If you or your guests are running late (longer than 30 minutes), and this causes us to start later than scheduled,  There will be an additional $25 late fee. Please be mindful of my schedule and remind your guests to be on time, or we can start without them. To confirm you have read ALL policies please email with your the date and address.
